Kicked off my local season with a 4000m swim in Tempe Town Lake today!

Felt pretty good. Missed my goal time by two minutes. I forgot how…. Uh….. Challenging the water quality is in Tempe Town Lake. A I think ago this weekend, I was snorkeling in Kauai.

But all in all I was a fun experience. I need to work on sighting and making sure my body glide is in the right place for my sleeveless wetsuit. (Missed a spot under right arm. Ouch).
