Year in Review 2017: Fitness, Fjords and Firsts

2017 was a groundbreaking year for Bergeron Personal Training! I try to motivate my clients using all sorts of methods to help them acheive their fitness goals. Everything from tracking their diets, to teaching them a new sport, to coordinating 4-day hikes on other continents. I enjoy being a partner in their progress. Starting at our fitness studio in Scottsdale, AZ, our group conquered goals all over the world. Here is the video highlight reel:

A few highlights are:

  • Hiking the Milford Track in New Zealand (a lot of first time backpackers)

  • Learning to swim

  • First triathlons! (Two relay teams at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon)

  • Surgery rehabilitation

  • General Fitness
