2017 was a groundbreaking year for Bergeron Personal Training! I try to motivate my clients using all sorts of methods to help them acheive their fitness goals. Everything from tracking their diets, to teaching them a new sport, to coordinating 4-day hikes on other continents. I enjoy being a partner in their progress.
